Rent a Luxury Vacation House in Bariloche
Enjoy an incredible opportunity to discover the amazing nature of Patagonia and the Andes Mountains in San Carlos de Bariloche in this luxury house equipped with all the amenities for an international traveler. The house has a large garden, a patio, and beautiful views of the Andes Mountains. Fully-furnished, the house is ready for up to eight people with its three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The ground floor has a spacious and open living, dining, and kitchen area with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, stove and oven, plus coffee maker) and the laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer. You will also find the master bedroom on the ground floor, with its own fireplace, dressing room, and a full marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with bunk beds, a central living area (with a day bed and trundle), and a full bath. There is a one car garage with a complete barbecue grill included. In addition, the house has telephone, DirectTV, and a complete hi-fi audio system. If needed, a crib and high chair are available for babies. The rent includes a gardener and a weekly cleaning and change of linens. The house is located in the neighborhood Pinar de Festa, right off of Avenida Bustillo at kilometer 7.5, with easy access to the center of Bariloche by bus or car. The location is ideal for skiers (the road to the Cerro Catedral ski station starts at kilometer 8 of Avenida Bustillo). During the summer, you will find the beautiful beach of Playa Bonita on Lake Nahuel Huapi, a five-minute walk from the house (300 yards), and the trails of Cerro Otto (one of the most famous mountains with a rotating restaurant on the summit) a ten-minute walk from the house. The cable car up Cerro Otto can also be found nearby at kilometer 5 of Avenida Bustillo. - Bedrooms: 3 Prices:High Season (December 15-March, June 15-September, and Easter week) Low Season Payment Conditions:To reserve a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rent is due. Upon arrival payment of the remaining rent is due and payment of the security deposit. The security deposit is the amount of $900 pesos for rentals of up to one month. The property manager will hold the security deposit and will return it upon check out and a check of the house and its inventory. |
